Children’s Hospitals of Minnesota Head of Ambulatory Services
	This is a new position of Head of Ambulatory Services to oversee comprehensive ambulatory operations. He/She will have significant experience leading and managing primary/specialty care outpatient clinics in a children’s health care environment or a highly complex integrated delivery system. The qualified person will have a demonstrated understanding of all elements of clinic management and health care delivery, including strategy, business planning, and operations and physician integration. He/she will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, and a graduate degree in business, hospital administration, medical management or other applicable field is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will also be considered. In addition to the 120 physicians Children’s employs today there is a strategy to expand the employed physician group by an additional 100 physicians over the next three years. Children’s is investing $35 million into this key strategy

Vice President of Surgical/Ambulatory Services
	Witt/Kieffer has an executive search for the new Vice President of Surgical/Ambulatory Services at Parrish Medical Center (PMC), a 210-bed, not-for-profit public medical center located on the banks of the Indian River in Titusville, Florida. The Vice President of Surgical/Ambulatory Services is a member of the senior leadership team at Parrish Medical Center. He/she will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will have the aptitude to successfully work in a dynamic and rapidly expanding environment, is one with very high energy and confidence and capable of absorbing multiple inputs on multiple issues simultaneously. The right person is comfortable maintaining high visibility and has excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. A minimum of seven years of management experience in a complex environment is required with at least ten years in healthcare and Senior level experience in a similarly sized hospital required.
